Zero Tolerance Policy
The Hindu Spiritual Care Institute maintains a zero tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that violates the dignity of individuals. This includes but is not limited to:
- Harassment based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Discrimination in employment, volunteer roles, or access to services
- Sexual harassment or misconduct of any kind
- Abuse of power or authority
- Retaliation against individuals reporting violations
