CHT Course Updates — Fall 2023 Admissions Open
HCI is pleased to announce that Fall 2023 admissions are now open for two Graduate Certificate Courses, open to professionals from all countries and backgrounds. These programs prepare students to serve their communities through the lens of Hindu tradition and interreligious chaplaincy.
Two Graduate Certificate Courses
Hindu Chaplaincy Pathway (HCP) — A 12-session online course (100 hours) that prepares the applicant for admission to the ICP chaplaincy course at GTU.EDU.
Counselor of Hindu Tradition (CHT) — A 24-session online course (250 hours) that prepares the applicant to perform community service.
Designed especially for the Diaspora Countries, these courses are taught by 50 world-class faculty and experts from various fields, with combined worldwide class discussions interchange.
Admission Requirements
- A college degree in any field from an accredited university
- English language proficiency
- Interest in the teachings of Bhagavad Gita
- Interest in serving the community
CHT + HCP Curriculum
- Bhagavad Gita and Hindu tradition
- Spiritual care in the community
- Essential counseling skills
- Knowledge of wellness services
- Enhancing Quality of Life
Fees
- HCP: Administrative fee of $500 plus tuition fees of $1,500 (can be offset with 30 hours of project work)
- CHT: Administrative fee $500 plus tuition fees $2,500 (can be offset by 50 hours of project work)
